Our Aid Request Form is now live!

Over the past two weeks, a group of ten staff and faculty members has worked quickly to build a distribution process for our Emergency Relief Fund. We’ve been meeting, gathering feedback from all staff and faculty, and working through the details of how to move funds directly to colleagues facing immediate financial strain. As of May 4, 2026, our distribution plan is final, and we’re delighted to share that our Aid Request Form is now live for Hampshire College employees!

All Hampshire College staff and faculty are eligible to request support, with initial priority given to employees laid off with June 16 termination dates.

  • Requests are open through May 20 at 11:59 PM

  • You’ll be asked to select a requested amount ($500–$2,000) and provide basic information

  • A small review group will assess requests after the May 20 deadline (not first-come, first-served)

  • Funds will be distributed shortly after review

This marks the first distribution round as fundraising continues, and we’ll share ongoing updates here in the coming weeks! Thank you for your continued support ❤️
